Burtonwood, surrounded by beautiful gardens, is located on the edge of the central business district and across the road from the iconic 200 acres of Queens Park. The historic Water Tower, Southland Museum and Visitors Centre are within a moments walk, as well as an 18 hole golf course and fitness track.

Great shopping and a selection of different styles of cafes and restaurants are conveniently close.

Burtonwood's sunny upstairs bedrooms have lovely views and cosy beds with quality linen, electric blankets, large fluffy towels, hairdryers and TV. There are 4 spacious bedrooms 2 Queen, and 1 twin with shared ensuite and a single room with shared bathroom.

A generous, delicious continental or full cooked breakfast is served in the sunny guest dining room with an inviting, cosy fire in winter. Relax in the spacious, sunny guest lounge with tea/coffee and enjoy the home baking, you can lie back in a leather lazy boy chairs with a book from our NZ library.
