	The total conference room capacity is 7000 sq.ft. can be divided into three segments by means of folding doors to accommodate smaller functions.

Our staff have been specially trained to meet the needs of conferences and special functions and a large number of national and international conventions have been hosted here since the complex opened.

All modern convention room equipment services are provided. With its extensive a la carte menu, Ascot Park offers some of the finest dining to be had in New Zealand. Birchwoods Restaurant menu offers guests for both lunch and evening dining. We also have an excellent breakfast menu available to start the day as well.
