Insurance Brokers Alliance offers clients a wealth of knowledge in the fire and general fields of Insurance. All our members have considerable experience and offer a full insurance broking service being the pre-eminent insurance broking firm in Southland and Otago.
Insurance Brokers Alliance is a corporate member of the Insurance Brokers Association of New Zealand. All members of the team maintain the IBANZ's QIB standard. The QIB standard requires compliance with a significant ongoing continuing professional education programme.
Gordon Randle F.I.B.A.N.Z. - QIB
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Gordon's insurance career began in 1965. In 1983 he joined the international broking house now known as Aon Risk Management Services, operating as the Dunedin Manager. In 1990 Gordon set up the Insurance Brokers alliance business and nurtured its significant growth since that time.
Owen Ramsay F.I.B.A.N.Z. - QIB
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR / GENERAL MANAGER
Owen was born and bred in Invercargill. He began his insurance career in 1969 with Guardian Royal Exchange and was appointed local Manager in 1981. Owen joined Insurance Brokers Alliance in July 1992.
Richard Byrne F.I.B.A.N.Z - QIB
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Richard started in insurance in 1971. In 1987 he joined Bain Clarkson International Insurance Brokers as their Invercargill Manager. He joined Insurance Brokers Alliance Ltd in November 1990.
Julian Turner A.I.B.A.N.Z. - QIB
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Julian commenced with National Insurance's Invercargill branch in 1974 and has worked for several local underwriters including South British and NZI Insurance. Julian joined Insurance Brokers Alliance Ltd in 1995.
Craig McLeod. A.I.B.A.N.Z - QIB
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Craig commenced in insurance in the 1960's changing to broking in 1981and joining Insurance Alliance Brokers Limited as our Dunedin Manager in 1991
