Invest South Limited was established by the Community Trust of Southland and the Southland Building Society in early 1998.
Our key objectives are:
- To provide a commercial return equivalent to the inherent risks by the placement of equity funding
- To stimulate the Southland and Queenstown economies with the objective of creating new job opportunities.
Invest South Limited's core business is the provision of partial equity funding to small and medium size companies whose objective is growth, economic development and job creation in Southland and Queenstown. Businesses looking to establish themselves in the Southland region are also welcome to apply.
Invest South Limited aims to apply a flexible investment application process and guidelines to respective applicant companies.
